How do I use Dem Edges Tinted Edge Control?
It is best to apply Dem Edges with your fingertips and a small tooth comb. The product dries fast so style your edges first, apply the product and re-style again. Use the product to fill any gaps. Dab the product in the areas that need additional coverage. The product will dry to a natural finish.
Is Dem Edges good for all hair types?
Dem Edges has been tested on a variety of hair types from relaxed to natural and with different hairstyles from locs, to weaves, to braids. The product has worked successfully on the hair types we tested.
Will Dem Edges Tinted Edge Control dye my hair?
Dem Edges will not dye hair or stain scalp. The product provides temporary color coverage that washes out with shampoo.
How long does the coverage last?
Coverage lasts differently based on the individual. Coverage can last for 1 - 2 days and can be re-activated with a little water. You can also re-apply as often as needed. Each hair type is different and responds to the product differently. Work with Dem Edges to achieve the coverage and hold you need.
How much product do I need to use?
Each person's hair type is different. It may take a small amount of product or a substantial amount to achieve the look you want. Customize your usage of Dem Edges Tinted Edge Control. Use a little, or a lot. It's up to you.
Will Dem Edges help me grow my edges back?
Although we cannot guarantee the product will help you regrow your edges, we're certain that the moisturizing effects of our product would provide a great start for hair growth and revitalization. Our product is made with Jamaican Black Castor Oil and other moisturizers to help condition thin and sparse edges.
Is the product made with hair fibers?
Dem Edges is not made with hair fibers.
Will Dem Edges dry my hair out?
Dem Edges is alcohol free and is made with moisturizers. Dem Edges will moisturize your edges and will not leave any gummy or flaky residue.
Is Dem Edges only for thin or gray hair?
No, Dem Edges can be used for those who have edges but want a fuller looking hairline.
I am a stylist and want to retail the product. What do I need to do?

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and refunds are accepted but some conditions apply.
Refunds are not offered on promotional or sale prices/items. Refunds are offered on full price items only.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact customer service to be issued a Return Authorization Number. Email customer service at email@example.com and include REFUND in the subject line.
Return unused product in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days, depending on your banking institution. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product, only. We do not refund shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

Sale and Promotional items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
